I tried to connect my newly installed DVR with the PC but it keeps telling me that no vineyard fomatted storage devices detected. What do I do to achieve connectivity? Thanks

Im having the same problem and when I try to download a new copy of DVR Viewer I end up re directed to a completely different web site. Can anyone help with a link or advice. Many thanks
